La compraventa de bien ajeno y la seguridad jurídica en la legislación civil Peruana

Abstract

En cuanto al desarrollo del marco teórico, fue importante el aporte brindado por los especialistas relacionados con cada una de las variables: compraventa de bien ajeno y la seguridad jurídica, el mismo que clarificó el tema de la tesis, así como también amplió el panorama de estudio con el aporte de los mismos; respaldado con el empleo de las citas bibliográficas que dan validez a la investigación. Con relación al objetivo general del trabajo de investigación fue determinar si la compraventa de bien ajeno, incide en la seguridad jurídica existente en la Legislación Civil Peruana.

Regarding the development of the theoretical framework, it was important the contribution provided by the specialists related to each of the variables: purchase of good from others and legal security, the same that clarified the topic of the thesis, as well as broadened the panorama of study with the contribution of the same; supported with the use of bibliographic citations that validate the research. With regard to the general objective of the research work was to determine whether the sale of property of another, affects the legal security existing in Peruvian Civil Law.
