Características de incapacidad laboral temporal en el hospital II Jorge Reátegui Delgado de EsSalud - Piura, 2016

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, se realizó en el ámbito del Hospital II Jorge Reátegui Delgado, ESSALUD-Piura, con el objetivo de conocer las características de la incapacidad laboral temporal durante el año 2016. Se contó con una población muestral de 104 trabajadores. La metodología fue de tipo cuantitativa, con diseño descriptivo. Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta, y análisis documental. La aplicación de los instrumentos permitió obtener los siguientes resultados: La incapacidad temporal laboral, según la edad y sexo de los trabajadores, está dada porque la mayoría pertenecen al género femenino (97.8%).

The present research work, was carried out in the field of Hospital II Jorge Reátegui Delgado, Desalud-Piura, with the objective of knowing the characteristics of the temporary work disability during the year 2016. A sample population of 104 workers was counted. The methodology was of quantitative type, with descriptive design. We used the survey technique, and documentary analysis. The implementation of the instruments allowed for the following results: The temporary job disability, according to the age and sex of the workers is given because the majority belong to the female gender (97.8%).
