Cuidados de enfermería en el paciente con estrés en el servicio de emergencia del hospital nacional Sergio Bernales 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico se aplicó a través de un caso clínico a una paciente adulta de 44 años de edad, con estrés laboral con el objetivo identificar el nivel estrés laboral y mejorar su interacción y adaptación con su entorno en la enfermera que labora al servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Nacional Sergio Bernales. La valoración aplicada mediante taxonomía NANDA, presenta 4 diagnósticos problemas reales y 3 de riesgo.

La planificación se desarrolla en base de cubrir satisfactoriamente sus necesidades ante una autoevaluación poder afrontarlas de manera adecuada para que no conlleven a alterar la salud del trabajador.

The present academic work was applied through a clinical case to a 44 year old female patient with work stress with the objective of identifying the level of work stress and improving their interaction and adaptation with their environment in the nurse who works to the emergency service of the National Hospital Sergio Bernales. The assessment applied by NANDA taxonomy, presents 4 diagnostics real problems and 3 of risk. The planning is developed on the basis to meet her needs before a self-assessment that can adequately address them so that they do not entail altering the health of the worker
