Niveles de escherichia coli enteropatógena (epec) en agua de mar de la playa agua dulce del distrito de Chorrillos

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los niveles de Escherichia Coli Enteropatógena (EPEC) en agua de mar de la playa Agua Dulce del distrito de Chorrillos, Lima, Perú, mediante tomas de muestras representativas en tres diferentes distancias (5 m, 10 m y 20 m) y en dos tiempos (mañana y tarde). Los métodos utilizados para la determinación de Escherichia Coli Enteropatógena en agua de mar fueron las siguientes: aislamiento e identificación de Escherichia Coli, técnica de diluciones en tubo múltiple (NMP)

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the levels of Enteropathogenic Escherichia Coli (EPEC) in seawater from the Agua Dulce beach of the Chorrillos District of Lima, Peru, performing the representative sampling at different distances (5 m, 10 m and 20 m) and in two times (morning and afternoon).
