We study the origin of procrastination from the assumption that the relationship between a customer and a Bank is not well established. Normally the Bank expends a large period of time to assess all advantages and disadvantages as to give a cash credit to potential customers. However, all the efforts carried out by the Bank might not fit well with the behavior of customer by which this has not taken enough time to evaluate the negative side of a cash credit that would involve legal actions and bureaucratic complications done by the Bank in order to recover the released money and its expected gain.
