dc.description.abstractThe research carried out had as a general objective to determine the relationship between quality of life and biosocial factors of older adults with Type II Diabetes in the Hospital Militar-2019.It was a basic type study of quantitative level correlational, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population was made up of 85 people, the technique used was the survey and the instrument applied was a questionnaire. The results achieved show a low percentage of biosocial factors (45.9%), followed by one (5.9%) 48.2% of high biosocial factors. A low percentage in quality of life (47.1%) was also found, followed by a (10.6%) (42.4%) high quality of life. In the social dimension of social quality, the social dimension was found to be low (45.9%), followed by (11.8%) (42.4%) social dimension high quality of life. In the physical dimension of quality of life a low percentage of (21.2%) was found, followed by (49.4%) (29.4%) of the high physical dimension. Conclusion: There is a relationship between quality of life and biosocial factors at the Central Military Hospital. Keywords: Quality of life, biosocial factors, diabetes.
