| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se centra en demostrar que la falta de regulación legal
del matrimonio igualitario entre personas del mismo sexo, genera que se vulnere el
derecho a la igualdad, el cual, es un derecho fundamental que se encuentra establecido en
nuestra Carta Magna. De igual manera esto genera la restricción de otros derechos que
surgen a partir del vínculo matrimonial. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work focuses on demonstrating that since there are no laws
regulating marriage between people of the same sex in our legislation, it would be
violating the right to equality, which is a fundamental right that is established in our
Constitution. . In the same way this generates the restriction of other rights that are only
born or are direct causal nexus of the matrimonial right. | |
