Expediente penal: posesión indebida de teléfono celular dentro de establecimiento penitenciario y Expediente civil: rescisión de contrato

Abstract

En el presente Informe Académico realizare la investigación y análisis de un expediente Judicial en materia Civil sobre Rescisión de Contrato (Art. 1370 del Código Civil), primeramente se realizó un resumen de todo el proceso contenido en un expediente con 560 folios, posteriormente un análisis del proceso donde se verifica los errores o aciertos que se cometieron dentro del proceso y como tercer punto se realizó el Marco Teórico donde se desarrolló las instituciones jurídicas importantes dentro de este proceso, así mismo se presenta Jurisprudencia relacionada con la materia del proceso y finalmente se señala las conclusiones a las que arribe después del desarrollo del presente informe.

In this Academic Report, I will carry out the investigation and analysis of a Judicial file in Civil Matters on Contract Termination (Art. 1370 of the Civil Code). First, a summary of the entire process contained in a file with 560 pages was made, then an analysis of the process where the errors or successes that were committed within the process are verified and as a third point the Theoretical Framework was carried out where the important legal institutions were developed within this process, likewise Jurisprudence related to the matter of the process is presented and finally notes the conclusions reached after the development of this report.
