Factores productivos asociados a la exportación de café de la región Cusco, periodo 2013-2018

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general Analizar los factores productivos asociados a la exportación de café de la región Cusco, periodo 2013-2018 describiendo el café, los factores productivos asociados como Tierra, Mano de Obra y Capital, sus respectivas dimensiones clima, condiciones del suelo, el manejo de cafetal, manejo de plagas, riego, fertilizantes, capital humano y su asociación con las Exportaciones de Café de la región Cusco. El tipo de investigación es básica con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo - correlacional, las técnicas utilizadas para el recojo de información fueron la encuesta y recopilación documental, los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario para lo cual se aplicaron 20 encuestas y ficha documental de exportaciones de café de la región Cusco del periodo de análisis, para la consistencia del instrumento se aplicó la técnica estadística “Índice de Consistencia Interna Alfa de CronBach“. Respecto a las dimensiones analizadas la dimensión Clima obtuvo la escala Muy Alta con 90% y un valor p de 0,045, respecto a la dimensión Condiciones del suelo obtuvo la escala Muy Alta con 85% y un valor p de 0,000, respecto a la dimensión Manejo del Cafetal obtuvo la escala Muy Alta con 100% y un valor p de 0,021, respecto a la dimensión Manejo de Plagas obtuvo la escala Muy Alta con 90% y un valor p de 0,049, respecto a la dimensión Riego obtuvo la escala Muy Alta con 100% y un valor p de 0,021, respecto a la dimensión uso de Fertilizantes obtuvo la escala Muy Alta con 100% y un valor p de 0,000, respecto a la dimensión Capital Humano obtuvo la escala Muy Alta con 100% y un valor p de 0,002. Los resultados obtenidos concluyen que los factores productivos asociados a la exportación de café de la región Cusco periodo 2013 - 2018 son la Tierra, Mano de Obra y Capital y sus respectivas dimensiones clima, condiciones del suelo, el manejo de cafetal, manejo de plagas, riego, fertilizantes, capital humano.
