dc.description.abstract | La investigación titulada “Inteligencia emocional de los colaboradores de la empresa
ferroviaria Inca Rail S.A. Cusco-2020” con el objetivo de describir la inteligencia
emocional de los colaboradores de la empresa ferroviaria Inca Rail S.A. Cusco-2020. Se
realizo bajo enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, de tipo no experimental, con el uso
del Cuestionario de Inteligencia emocional de elaboración propia se evaluó a 116
trabajadores de la empresa Ferroviaria Inca Rail S.A. Cusco. Se concluye que los
colaboradores de la empresa ferroviaria Inca Rail S.A. Cusco-2020 presentaron niveles
bajos y regulares de inteligencia emocional, lo cual se evidencia en que el 46% demuestra
niveles en conciencia de uno mismo, el 40.5% demuestra niveles bajos en la autogestión
y el 37.1% demuestra niveles bajos de motivación, respecto al 41.4% demuestra niveles
regulares en empatía y el 33.6% demuestra niveles regulares en habilidades sociales. | |
dc.description.abstract | The research entitled "Emotional intelligence of the employees of the railway company
Inca Rail S.A. Cusco-2020” with the aim of describing the emotional intelligence of the
employees of the railway company Inca Rail S.A. Cuzco-2020. It was carried out under
a quantitative approach, descriptive scope, of a non-experimental type, with the use of the
Self-made Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, 116 workers of the company Ferroviaria
Inca Rail S.A. were evaluated. Cusco. It is concluded that the employees of the railway
company Inca Rail S.A. Cusco-2020 presented low and regular levels of emotional
intelligence, which is evidenced by the fact that 46% show levels of self-awareness,
40.5% show low levels of self-management and 37.1% show low levels of motivation,
compared to 41.4% show regular levels of empathy and 33.6% show regular levels of
