Estrés y su relación con el desempeño laboral en profesionales del Centro de Salud Wanchaq, Cusco-2019

Abstract

La investigación “ESTRÉS Y SU RELACIÓN CON EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL EN PROFESIONALES DEL CENTRO DE SALUD WÁNCHAQ, CUSCO,2019” tuvo como objetivo Determinar el Estrés y su relación con el Desempeño Laboral en Profesionales del Centro de Salud Wánchaq, Cusco. El diseño fue de tipo cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, transversal y correlacional, la población fue 42 profesionales y la muestra de estudio 39. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta mediante un cuestionario para medir el Nivel de Estrés. Y una ficha de evaluación para medir el Desempeño Laboral. RESULTADOS: El 76,9% fueron del sexo femenino, 43,6% tenían 41 a 50 años, 33,3% fueron enfermeras, 41,0% refirió ser convivientes, 84,6% provenían del Cusco, 64,1% manifestó tener un ingreso económico mensual mayor a 2000 soles, 61,5% se hallaban en situación de nombrado, 30,5% laboraban de 1 a 5 años. Las dimensiones del Estrés, En el Agotamiento Emocional el 59% tenían un nivel medio, Despersonalización 51,3% medio, Realización Personal 41% alto, en la variable Estrés, 66,67% presentaron un estrés moderado. En las dimensiones del Desempeño Laboral, 46,2% buena eficacia, Calidad 74,4% regular, Relaciones Interpersonales 48,7% regular, Iniciativa 53,8% bueno, Trabajo en equipo 46,2% regular y bueno, Planificación 51,3% bueno. en la variable Desempeño Laboral 51,3% presentaron un desempeño bueno. Por último, se concluye que si existe relación entre el nivel de estrés y el desempeño laboral en profesionales del Centro de Salud Wánchaq. asimismo, a la aplicación de la prueba estadística con Tau-B de Kendall y chi cuadrado, donde se halló p= 0,017, el cual acepta la hipótesis alterna.

The objective of the research “STRESS AND ITS RELATION TO WORK PERFORMANCE IN PROFESSIONALS FROM THE WÁNCHAQ HEALTH CENTER, CUSCO, 2019“ was to determine the Stress and its relationship with Work Performance in Professionals from the Wánchaq Health Center, Cusco. The design was quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational in scope, the population was 42 professionals and the study sample 39. The technique used was the survey using a questionnaire to measure the Level of Stress. And an evaluation form to measure Work Performance. RESULTS: 76.9% were female, 43.6% were 41 to 50 years old, 33.3% were nurses, 41.0% referred to be cohabiting, 84.6% came from Cusco, 64.1% stated have a monthly income greater than 2000 soles, 61.5% were in a position of appointment, 30.5% worked from 1 to 5 years. The dimensions of Stress, In Emotional Exhaustion 59% had a medium level, Depersonalization 51.3% medium, Personal Achievement 41% high, in the variable Stress, 66.67% presented a moderate stress. In the dimensions of Work Performance, 46.2% good efficiency, Quality 74.4% regular, Interpersonal Relations 48.7% regular, Initiative 53.8% good, Teamwork 46.2% regular and good, Planning 51, 3% good. In the Labor Performance variable, 51.3% presented a good performance. Finally, it is concluded that if there is a relationship between the level of stress and work performance in professionals from the Wánchaq Health Center. also, to the application of the statistical test with Kendall's Tau-B and chi square, where p = 0.017 was found, which accepts the alternative hypothesis.
