Estudio de pre-factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de leche vegetal de tarwi “Tarwicha” en la ciudad del Cusco - 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado: “Estudio de pre-factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de leche vegetal de tarwi “tarwicha” en la ciudad del Cusco – 2021”, tiene como objetivo determinar la pre-factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de leche vegetal de tarwi “Tarwicha” en la ciudad del Cusco – 2021, la metodología utilizada fue de tipo aplicada, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, y de diseño no experimental. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian una viabilidad técnica positiva, para la localización de planta primó el factor de materia prima en ese sentido la localización más óptima fue el distrito de San Jerónimo, el que se considera como punto estratégico por estar cerca a los proveedores de la materia prima (agricultores de la comunidad de Piccol Orcconpujio). Así mismo el resultado de la viabilidad económica y financiera se reflejó en los indicadores positivos obtenidos. La evaluación económica mostró un valor actual neto económico (VANE) de S/ 661, 270; una tasa interna de retorno económica (TIRE) de 13.6%, un Beneficio/Costo (B/C) de 1.49, el mismo que al ser mayor que 1, demuestra que los beneficios son mayores que los costos y un periodo de retorno (PR) de 4 años y 4 meses, el cual es menor al tiempo de evaluación del proyecto. La evaluación financiera devolvió un valor actual neto financiero (VANF) de S/ 694, 388.83; una tasa interna de retorno financiera (TIRF) de 16.14%, un beneficio/Costo (B/C) de 2.04, el cual al ser mayor que 1, demuestra que los beneficios son mayores que los costos y un periodo de retorno (PR) de 4 años y 5 meses.
