Gestión por procesos en la Oficina de Abastecimiento y Servicios Auxiliares del Gobierno Regional Cusco-2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación “Gestión por procesos” se realizó en la oficina de abastecimiento y servicios auxiliares del gobierno regional cusco 2018, se planteó como objetivo general describir la Gestión por Procesos en la institución ya mencionada, para tal fin se ha usado como referencia cuatro herramientas principales para el éxito de una Gestión por Procesos: la Planificación, Ejecución. Medición y seguimiento y por último el Actuar. El trabajo de investigación se desarrolló bajo el siguiente método: tipo de investigación básica, alcance de investigación descriptiva, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, la técnica utilizada es para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, el instrumento que utilizó fue el cuestionario. Los resultados de la investigación tienen un promedio estadístico de 1.30 que de acuerdo a los ítems es ineficiente; en el uso de la planificación, tiene un promedio estadístico de 1.60 que es ni adecuado ni inadecuado, la ejecución tiene un promedio 1.61 indica que es ni adecuado ni inadecuado, la medición y seguimiento tiene un promedio de 1.81 indica que es ni adecuado ni inadecuado, y por último se tiene el actuar tiene un promedio de 2.05 indica que es ni adecuado ni inadecuado.
