Eficiencia de la oralidad virtual en el juzgado civil de Canchis, 2020

Abstract

La pandemia que estamos atravesando por el COVID – 2019, los usuarios presentaron malestares por los procesos judiciales civiles que se paralizaron a inicios de la pandemia por el confinamiento, distanciamiento social, que estaba acarreando un perjuicio a los justiciables, el Poder Judicial para no ser ajeno a lo que se estaba viviendo utilizo medios tecnológicos para seguir administrando justicia e ingreso la virtualidad a los juzgados. En tal sentido, la presente tesis titulada “Eficiencia de la Oralidad virtual en el Juzgado Civil de Canchis, 2020”, se realizó con la finalidad de determinar sí, fue eficiente la Oralidad virtual en el Juzgado Civil de Canchis, 2020 y como objetivos específicos; Establecer, sí, se desarrolló eficazmente los principios procesales vinculados a la Oralidad virtual en el ámbito civil de Canchis, 2020; Determinar, cómo contribuyo la Oralidad virtual en la reducción de la carga procesal en el Juzgado Civil de Canchis, 2020; finalmente Identificar, el sustento normativo para la aplicación de la “Oralidad virtual en el Juzgado Civil de Canchis, 2020”. En tal sentido la metodología es el cualitativo de tipo básico empleando la técnica de entrevistas semiestructuradas y análisis de documento.

The pandemic that we are going through by the COVID - 2019, the users presented discomfort by the civil judicial processes that were paralyzed at the beginning of the pandemic by the confinement, social distancing, which was causing a prejudice to the defendants, the Judiciary not to be oblivious to what was being experienced used technological means to continue administering justice and entered the virtuality to the courts.

In this sense, the present thesis entitled “Efficiency of virtual orality in the Civil Court of Canchis, 2020“, was carried out with the purpose of determining whether virtual orality was efficient in the Civil Court of Canchis, 2020 and as specific objectives; To establish whether the procedural principles related to virtual orality in the Civil Court of Canchis, 2020 were effectively developed; to determine how virtual orality contributed to the reduction of the procedural burden in the Civil Court of Canchis, 2020; finally, to identify the regulatory support for the application of “Virtual orality in the Civil Court of Canchis, 2020“. In this sense, the methodology is qualitative of basic type using the technique of semi- structured interviews and document analysis.
