Análisis de los determinantes de la rentabilidad de la Asociación de criadores de trucha del distrito de Layo, provincia de Canas, departamento Cusco 2017-2019.

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Análisis de los determinantes de la rentabilidad de la Asociación de criadores de trucha del distrito de Layo, provincia de Canas, departamento Cusco 2017-2019”, se realizó con el objetivo de analizar los determinantes que inciden en la rentabilidad de la Asociación de Criadores de Trucha del Distrito de Layo. La investigación es de tipo Aplicativo – Correlacional, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño de investigación no experimental. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de datos fue Encuestas y entrevistas. El estudio enfatiza el análisis de resultados e información recopilada, donde se determina los factores que influyen en la rentabilidad de la Asociación de Criadores de Trucha del Distrito de Layo en el 2017 al 2019. Según los datos de ingresos que se debe generar en la actividad acuícola para ser rentable debe ser entre 15 % a 25 %, el rango de rentabilidad de los productores acuícolas de la Asociación fluctúa entre 16,77 % a 37,20 % indicando que es muy rentable dicha actividad. En sus costos de producción se aprecia que los costos variables (materia prima) es de 86,28 % y sus costos fijos (materiales indirectos, mano de obra directa e indirecta) es de 13,72 % lo cual indica que la gran parte de los egresos provienen de sus costos variables. Por otro lado, la infraestructura acuícola aun no abastece la demanda de trucha ya que su capacidad de producción es limitada, los canales de comercialización aún no están bien segmentadas y finalmente la asistencia técnica brindadas por entidades privadas y públicas fueron de gran ayuda para mejorar su producción e incrementar sus ingresos. Esta investigación parte de la iniciativa del programa investigación Científica para el desarrollo Sostenible (ICDS) perteneciente al Vicerrectorado de Investigación de la Universidad Andina del Cusco donde se estaba desarrollando el proyecto titulado “ “Implementación de innovadoras prácticas acuícolas en producción de truchas arco iris (oncorhynchus mykiss) en jaulas flotantes de la asociación de criadores de truchas del distrito de Layo - Canas - Cusco” conjuntamente con el Programa Nacional de Innovación y Pesca en Acuicultura (PNPA) que pertenece al Ministerio de la Producción.

The present investigation entitled "Analysis of the determinants of the profitability of the Association of trout breeders of the district of Layo, province of Canas, department Cusco 2017-2019", was carried out with the objective of identifying the determinants that affect the profitability of the Layo District Trout Breeders Association. The research is of the Application-Correlational type, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental research design. The technique used for data collection was surveys and interviews. The study emphasizes the analysis of results and information collected, where the factors that influence the profitability of the Layo District Trout Breeders Association in 2017 to 2019 are determined. According to the income data that must be generated in the aquaculture activity to be profitable it must be between 15% to 25%, the range of profitability of the Association's aquaculture producers fluctuates between 16.77% to 37.20% indicating that it is This activity is very profitable. In its production costs it can be seen that the variable costs (raw material) is 86.28% and its fixed costs (indirect materials, direct and indirect labor) is 13.72%, which indicates that the great part of the expenses come from its variable costs. On the other hand, the aquaculture infrastructure still does not meet the demand for trout since its production capacity is limited, the marketing channels are not yet well segmented and finally the technical assistance provided by private and public entities was of great help to improve its production and increase their income.

This research is part of the initiative of the Scientific Research Program for Sustainable Development (ICDS) belonging to the Vice President for Research of the Andean University of Cusco where the project entitled "Implementation of innovative aquaculture practices in the production of rainbow trout (oncorhynchus mykiss) in floating cages of the association of trout breeders of the district of Layo - Canas - Cusco” together with the National Program for Innovation and Fisheries in Aquaculture (PNPA) that belongs to the Ministry of Production.
