dc.description.abstract | The present research aims to determine the relationship that exists between
flagrante delicto and the evidentiary assessment in the Judicial Power of Ica,
2020.
Considering that it is a correlational type investigation, the basic, descriptive
correlational was used. The population was made up of 68 participants from the
Ica judicial branch and the sample was made up of 30 participants whose number
was chosen by applying the non-probabilistic convenience sampling technique.
For data collection, two questionnaires were applied, one to assess flagrante
delicto and the second to assess the assessment. While for data processing,
descriptive statistics were used to present results in tables and figures; in addition
to inferential statistics for hypothesis testing.
The results showed that there is a direct relationship between flagrante delicto
and the evidentiary assessment in the Judicial Power of Ica, 2020. This is affirmed
after having established the value of Spearman's Rho of 0.750, which turns out
to be a high correlation.
