Condiciones turísticas que presenta el Centro Histórico de Trujillo para el desarrollo del turismo accesible en el año 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación, titulada “Condiciones Turísticas que presenta el Centro Histórico de Trujillo para el desarrollo del turismo accesible en el año 2021” tiene por objetivo analizar las condiciones turísticas que presenta el Centro Histórico de Trujillo para el desarrollo del turismo accesible. Por lo que, la población estuvo conformada por las condiciones turísticas: recursos turísticos, planta turística, infraestructura, accesibilidad y servicios complementarios, ubicados en el Centro Histórico de Trujillo y que son aptas para el desarrollo del turismo accesible. La investigación siguió un diseño no experimental, con enfoque cualitativo, de tipo observacional, en un nivel descriptivo, ya que únicamente busca analizar los elementos que permiten el desarrollo del turismo accesible en el Centro Histórico de Trujillo. Como instrumentos de recolección de datos se realizaron fichas de observación de los atractivos turísticos, restaurantes, casinos, hospitales y comisarías que se encontraron en el Centro Histórico de Trujillo. De las cuales se obtuvo como resultado que 4 atractivos turísticos, 5 establecimientos considerados dentro de la planta turística y 1 servicio complementario cuentan con una infraestructura accesible; sin embargo, solo 3 de ellos posee los servicios necesarios para que las personas con discapacidad puedan acceder a ellos sin ninguna dificultad. Finalmente, como conclusión se obtuvo que el Centro Histórico de Trujillo no se encuentre debidamente preparado para recibir a las personas con discapacidad, limitando así su oferta turística.

The present research, entitled "Tourist Conditions presented by the Historic Center of Trujillo for the development of accessible tourism in the year 2021" has the objective of analyzing the tourist conditions presented by the Historic Center of Trujillo for the development of accessible tourism. Therefore, the population consisted of the tourist conditions: tourist resources, tourist plant, infrastructure, accessibility and complementary services, located in the Historic Center of Trujillo and which are suitable for the development of accessible tourism. The research followed a non-experimental design, with a qualitative approach, observational type, at a descriptive level, since it only seeks to analyze the elements that allow the development of accessible tourism in the Historic Center of Trujillo. As instruments for data collection, observation sheets were made of the tourist attractions, restaurants, casinos, hospitals and police stations found in the Historic Center of Trujillo. The results showed that 4 tourist attractions, 5 establishments considered as part of the tourist plant and 1 complementary service have an accessible infrastructure; however, only 3 of them have the necessary services so that people with disabilities can access them without any difficulty. Finally, it was concluded that the Historic Center of Trujillo is not properly prepared to receive people with disabilities, thus limiting its tourist offer.
