Desafios educativos para los docentes del siglo XXI en la formación de los estudiantes

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación referente a los desafíos educativos que tiene que enfrentar el docente del siglo XXI tiene como objetivo general conocer cómo influyen éstos en la formación de los estudiantes de la escuela fiscal mixta Carmen Wither Navarro de la ciudad de Guayaquil, para tal fin se recurre al enfoque cuali-cuantitativo de la investigación, a través de la investigación bibliográfica para conocer el estado del arte en referencia a las variables y de campo a través de técnicas e instrumentos tales como la entrevista, encuesta y ficha de observación aplicadas las autoridades, docentes y estudiantes del plantel educativo. Con la información recabada se pudo identificar los desafíos del siglo XXI que los docentes deben afrontar para la formación de los estudiantes por lo que se propone elaborar una guía con estrategias didácticas para docentes que ayuden a fortalecer la formación de los estudiantes

The general objective of this research work regarding the educational challenges that teachers have to face in the XXI century is to know how these challenges influence the education of students at the Carmen Wither Navarro mixed public school in the city of Guayaquil. To this end, the qualitative-quantitative research approach is used through bibliographic research to know the state of the art in reference to the variables and field research through techniques and instruments such as interviews, surveys and observation forms applied to the authorities, teachers and students of the school. With the information gathered, it was possible to identify the challenges of the XXI century that teachers must face for the education of students, so it is proposed to develop a guide with didactic strategies for teachers to help strengthen the education of students
