Diseñar un modelo de gestión de prevención de riesgos laborales en la Empresa Horeb S.A.

Abstract

La intención de este trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo crear un modelo de Gestión De Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para la empresa embotelladora de agua purificada HOREB S.A., Además, de cumplir con los reglamentos vigentes en el Ecuador a través de un diagnóstico que permita identificar los diferentes factores de riesgo que podrían poner en peligro la salud e integridad de los trabajadores, a fin de ofrecer condiciones y ambientes de trabajo seguro al momento de realizar las actividades exigidas por la empresa. Mediante este estudio se utilizó la matriz GT45, la cual permite valorar los riesgos presentes, donde se obtuvieron un total de 14 riesgos, que se distribuyen en riesgos Muy Altos, Altos. Bajos, con los resultados de la evaluación será posible establecer las condiciones de trabajo y evidentemente con ello se podrá proponer un espacio seguro para la realización de las funciones de la empresa.

The intention of this thesis work is to create an occupational risk prevention management model for the purified water bottling company HOREB S.A., in addition to complying with the regulations in force in Ecuador through a diagnosis that allows the identification of the different risk factors that could endanger the health and integrity of workers, in order to offer safe working conditions and environments when carrying out the activities required by the company. Through this study, the GT45 matrix was used, which allows the assessment of present risks. A total of 14 risks were obtained, which are distributed into Very High, High, and Low Risks. With the results of the evaluation, it will be possible to establish the working conditions and consequently, it will be possible to propose a safe space for the performance of the company's functions.
