Efectos del impuesto a la renta en los sujetos pasivos del régimen impositivo para microempresas

Abstract

Los cambios que se generan en el sistema tributario del Ecuador es constante, obteniendo como resultado desorientación en los sujetos pasivos que pertenecen al universo de los comerciantes de los mercados populares del país y en particular del mercado Las Manuelas ubicad en el cantón Durán de la Provincia del Guayas, por tanto el objetivo general de la presente investigación es: “Determinar los elementos de los efectos sobre el impuesto a la renta en los comerciantes del régimen impositivo para microempresas en el mercado las Manuelas”, tomando en consideración la gran incertidumbre que se presenta en la aplicación correcta de los cambios y de los nuevos procesos que afectan directamente a este sector de la vida económica del país. Para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto se utilizó un diseño de investigación de campo y documental, con estudio de tipo exploratorio, descriptiva, interpretativa y evaluativa; aplicando a los sujetos pasivos una encuesta. Con esta investigación busco darle una guía de aplicación a los sujetos pasivos inmersos en el sistema del Régimen Impositivo para Microempresas, hoy denominado Régimen Simplificado del RIMPE para Negocios Populares y Emprendedores.

The changes that are generated in the tax system of Ecuador is constant, obtaining as a result disorientation in the taxpayers that belong to the universe of the merchants of the popular markets of the country and in particular of the Las Manuelas market located in the Durán canton of the Province of Guayas, therefore the general objective of this research is: "Determine the elements of the effects on income tax on traders of the tax regime for microenterprises in the Las Manuelas market", taking into account the great uncertainty that arises in the correct application of the changes and new processes that directly affect this sector of the economic life of the country. To achieve the proposed objective, a field and documentary research design was used, with exploratory, descriptive, interpretative and evaluative studies; applying to taxable persons one find. With this research I seek to give a guide of application to taxpayers immersed in the system of the Tax Regime for Microenterprises, today called simplified Regime of the RIMPE for Popular Businesses and Entrepreneurs.
