Abstract

The objective of this integrating project is to develop a Business Plan for the creation of a new branch of the company “Gogo Distribuciones” in Cuenca, through which it is based on an analysis of the current situation of the company, market study, technical and financial study. For this, several factors have been analyzed that become part of the project involving customers through the application of a survey with important variables, which will allow studying the sector and the competition. This project seeks to show as a result the feasibility of opening the new branch in the city of Cuenca.
