This study was carried out in the province of Tungurahua, Canton Cevallos in order to observe the effect of Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma longibrachiatum as growth biostimulant in three forest species such as Alder (Alnus acuminata), Capulí (Prunus serotina) Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) at the nursery level. This research was carried out in two phases, which were: At the laboratory level, where the proper cultures and preparation of the Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma longibrachiatum solution were developed, with strains grown in the Phytopathology Laboratory of the Faculty of Natural Resources, ESPOCH. It was applied with a concentration of 1x10^6 conidia/ml, and the application was 50 ml of the suspension per plant. They were later taken to the other phase that was: A field level in the nursery, where the solution was applied in each of the treatments and measurements were made at 15,30,45,60, and 75 days. The variables evaluated were height, diameter of the neck height (DNH), root length, number of leaves, dry weight, foliar and root dry weight. The Random Complete Block Design (RCBD) was used, with 4 repetitions and 15 treatments, giving as positive results the use of Trichoderma harzianum (strain 2) and Trichoderma longibrachiatum (strain 1) for Capulí (Prunus serotina) for Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus). The best results were obtained with the treatment of Trichoderma harzianum (strain 2) finally for Aliso (Alnus acuminata), the best result was the treatment of Trichoderma harzianum (strain 1) and Trichoderma longibrachiatum (strain 1). There were positive differences in terms of to the growth and development of forest species in comparison with the control. It was recommended in the study of Trichoderma spp. carry out applications with a higher concentration of inoculum to corroborate the development and vegetative growth of forest species.
