Modelo de gestión administrativa para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural San Luis de Pambil ubicado en la provincia de Bolívar

Abstract

This research work with the theme administrative management model for the decentralized autonomous rural parish government San Luis de Pambil located in the province of Bolivar, aims to improve administrative processes through the efficient use of its resources, on the other hand, the theoretical foundation was developed which was based on some definitions of several authors which support it. Some tools were also used to diagnose the current situation that the institution was going through and to identify the shortcomings it had, for this we used the SWOT analysis, a matrix of external and internal factors, on the other hand, to have more accurate information on the opinions of citizens and officials of the GAD surveys were conducted, obtaining unfavorable results regarding the administrative management carried out by the GAD to the parish and an interview that allowed to obtain first-hand information from the president of the GAD Parroquial. With all the information acquired, in order to improve the administrative processes we proceeded to the realization of a Model of administrative management, which contains the administrative processes such as planning, organization, direction, and control which will allow the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness, therefore it is recommended to implement this model of administrative management, in order to generate an excellent work performance as this will benefit the citizens of the parish of San Luis de Pambil
