The project carried out in this article developed an interactive module for carrying out processes in which seven practices focused on the teaching of electro-pneumatics will be applied, which reproduce real industrial processes. The module has a PLC S7-1500, and an HMI screen in whose interface each sequence of the industrial process can be seen. The FluidSim software was used to create the electrical and pneumatic diagrams, which were transferred to the TIA Portal program, through the OPC Server software, the simulation of the valves and cylinders was incorporated, programming each sequence of the industrial processes of each practice. As an additional value, a scale model was made that reproduces the process of an aluminum can recycling machine that will be available to the university faculty
