dc.description.abstractIn the canton of Tres Postes in the province of Guayas, in the "Mamanica Enclosure", a process has been developed to carry out the monitoring of the optimal rearing of tilapias. In this way, it contributes to the development of the enclosure, and in turn a project is carried out that is focused on the automation of the process of raising tilapia-type fish. To achieve this, a control system was carried out to display the temperature and monitor the PH of the tilapia pond. Additionally, an automated feeding system for the fish was developed. All these devices are installed in a control panel located next to the pond for monitoring and control. Prior to the implementation of this project, the corresponding review of information related to the tilapia farm was carried out to previously know the ideal aspects such as the temperature range that the pond should have, the PH value that does not affect development, the correct power supply, the location of IP cameras, the voltage levels available in the enclosure, etc.
