dc.description.abstractThe present thesis project consists of the elaboration of a road safety awareness plan for professional and non-professional drivers of the Cuenca canton carried out from the evaluation of the level of knowledge in road safety, traffic laws and regulations through surveys and the study of the probable causes of traffic accidents obtained from the Accident Rate Viewer of the National Traffic Agency - ANT.
