dc.description.abstractThe problem of the project arises with the need to prepare a manual, in order that the design carried out in a simplified and efficient way complies with quality standards based on standards required by the electricity company. The electrical designs will consider underground installations when they are within the area of influence of the underground network delimited by the Southern Regional Company, or when the case warrants it despite the project being outside the area of underground influence. The implementation of this type of regulations on the underground lines of the electrical system is increasing every time, in Ecuador this system has been implemented in several cities and what is estimated is to be able to apply them in the real estate sector, as in the project that is being posing.
