dc.description.abstractThis investigation work seeks to explain the way of symbolic violence manifests through the discourses of teachers from public and private institutions, obtaining several characteristics such as the diversification of contexts within the selected population. Additionally, a qualitative approach was used with their respective compendiums, as well as interviews for data collection, in order to achieve the objectives such as manifestation, relationship, elements and the action of teachers within their work environment. This investigation develops subtopics related to categories that make up symbolic violence, in order to analyze the relationship between discourse and this effect. It also identifies the population and social context, which the teachers' knowledge is indicated in different situations in the classroom. And this result with the support through analysis of discourse and a consistency's matrix, for the appropiate observations and interpretations of the collected data
