dc.description.abstractThis project shows the 3 subsystems that are considered the most important within the area of human talent carefully developed through a mixed methodology, the techniques used to obtain information were surveys, interviews and observation; with their respective results. It is important to mention that this intervention was carried out in a small and medium-sized company (PYME) which is defined in the Justification section according to Chiavenato, as well as each of the definitions of the processes with which they worked. The part of the diagnosis was participatory since the workers were during the data collection and the specific objectives were raised as steps to follow, in order to comply with each, one of them and the general objective as the goal. The approach used is behavior analysis, in order to understand and adapt the behavior of workers belonging to COVET and specifically support was sought in systems analysis, which is the discipline whose function is to establish strategies to achieve objectives in the short or long term. Finally, it will be possible to show in each graph the interpretation of the results obtained in the techniques used (surveys and interviews), and what is clearly the tools provided to the PYME to improve the level of productivity and motivation within it
