dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research work is to deepen the role of teachers in the face of ethnic discrimination between boys and girls of the initial sublevel 2 in the school space, for this purpose it has begun with the problematization of said topic and thus analyze the roles that should be meet the teachers against ethnic discrimination between boys and girls of the Initial 2 sublevel in the school space. In the same way, a theoretical framework is explained in detail, this has a state of the art and a conceptual framework regarding the subject with theoretical approaches based on critical and constructivist pedagogy. The methodology used is qualitative, information gathering techniques were used: observation, interview and documentary research. The observation was made to children of preschool 2 in the educational space observed before the pandemic and the interviews were carried out with teachers and a mother of the family. In addition, the theoretical foundation was systematized by searching for bibliographic sources. Finally, the analysis of results and conclusions are presented, through the analysis of the information collected it was possible to show that there is ethnic discrimination in the educational space and the teacher takes the role of conflict mediator
