| dc.description | It is not, properly speaking, a complete monograph that I intend to present, much less to set forth principles capable of distorting the conclusions reached by the majority of Argentine internationalists; I only intend to present some considerations that have come to my mind after reading the judgment to which I refer in the course of this writing and I will add, if necessary, that in criticizing the judgment and expressing my ideas on the matter, I have no intention of offending either the judge who handed it down or the Argentine Nation in which I live, enjoying the hospitality it generously offers me.
