dc.descriptionThe present investigation aims to determine if the conditioned response of eyeblink is lateralized in humans. For this an experiment was carried out, where the participants received a total of 132 tests consisting of the presentation of auditory stimuli and vibrations, of which 66 trials corresponded to the conditioned stimulus (CS+) associated with an air puff as unconditioned stimulus (US), alternated with 66 tests of the conditioned stimulus (CS-) only. The responses were measured both to the eye that received stimulation (ipsilateral) and to the one that did not receive it (contralateral) during the course of training. The results showed that the responses are bilateral, which would not allow separating the sensory effects of the emotional ones in an CS-US association.en-US
dc.descriptionLa presente investigación pretende determinar si la respuesta condicionada de parpadeo es lateralizada en humanos. Para esto se realizó un experimento donde los participantes recibieron un total de 132 ensayos consistentes en la presentación de estímulos auditivos y vibraciones, de los cuales 66 ensayos correspondían al estímulo condicionado (EC+) asociado con un soplo de aire como estímulo incondicionado (EI), alternados con 66 ensayos del estímulo condicionado (EC-) únicamente. Se midieron las respuestas tanto al ojo que recibió estimulación (ipsilateral) como al que no la recibió (contralateral) durante el curso del entrenamiento. Los resultados arrojaron que las respuestas son bilaterales, lo cual no permitiría separar los efectos sensoriales de los emocionales en una asociación EC-EI.es-ES
