dc.descriptionEste artículo se focaliza en la comida y sus variantes, que asumen en la actualidad una creciente importancia en la escritura dramática y escénica, en tanto postulación autorreferencial del hecho teatral. La autora se refiere a la comida que actores y espectadores consumen -y a veces, comparten- a lo largo del espectáculo, y, por otro, a la comida entendida como un modo de conocer, como un modelo de investigación sobre la realidad y los vínculos intersubjetivos que la atraviesan, es decir, como una clave interpretativa no sólo de la escena, sino también de los espectadores.es-ES
dc.description  This article is focused on the food and its variants, which assume at present an increasing importance in the dramatic and scenic writing, while auto-referential postulation of the theatrical fact. The authoress refers to the food that actors and spectators consume -and sometimes, they share- along the spectacle, and also to the food understood as a way of knowing, as a model of research on the reality and the intersubjective links that cross it, that is to say, as an interpretive key not only of the scene, but also about the spectators.en-US
