dc.descriptionEl presente artículo abordará el problema de la construcción identitaria y su relación con la justicia en el Guzmán de Alfarache (segunda parte, libro segundo, capítulos 3 a 5). En dicho pasaje, ésta se materializa bajo distintos modos simbólicos, productores del ser social entre el acontecimiento –el hecho delictivo, la puesta a disposición del propio cuerpo ante la ley– y la deriva infinita de padecimientos a que lo somete. Explorar la lógica que subyace al sistema judicial permitirá arrojar luz sobre los modos en que una sociedad concibe el orden y a quienes relega al margen.es-ES
dc.descriptionThis article will analyze the relationship between justice, law, and the construction of identity in Mateo Aleman’s Guzman de Alfarache (2°, II, 3-5). The selected chapters show two ways of symbolic configuration which produce the social being: the event (crime and subjection to the law) and the infinite chain of sorrow that comes with it. Exploring the logic behind justice and law will illuminate the ways a society thinks about the statuo quo and whom are condemned to its marginal positions.en-US
