dc.descriptionEl artículo pretende poner de relieve la importancia de la construcción aporética en la comprensión derridiana de lo político. Al enfatizar los aspectos suspensivos relativos al problema de la identidad, de la soberanía y de la justicia, es decisivo mostrar, sin embargo, que la apuesta política deconstructiva, aunque se rehúse a reducirse a cualquier normatividad, no coincida tampoco con un gesto extrapolítico: Derrida invita a pensar lo incalculable de la justicia vinculándolo siempre a la economía del derecho, negociando así lo incondicional con lo condicional. es-ES
dc.descriptionThis article attempts to bring into relief the importance of the aporetic construction in Derrida’s understanding of the political. Upon emphasizing aspects of suspension relating to the problem of identity, sovereignty, and justice, it is nevertheless decisive to demonstrate that deconstruction’s political wager, while refusing all reduction to any normativity, does not coincide with an extra-political gesture either: Derrida invites one to think the incalculability involved in justice by always linking it to the economy of the law, thereby negotiating the unconditional with the conditional. en-US
