dc.descriptionIt examines the significance of the shear strength in soils and the importance of parameters such as cohesion and angle of internal friction in the models used for engineering design, particularly in the security level to be guaranteed both construction and during its lifetime. This study presents the work carried out and reveal the characteristics, physical and mechanical properties of soils that are located in the El Tambo district, Huancayo. It was necessary to find the best knowledge and use of geotechnical conditions for its solution is the different deposits of various kinds, identify their constituents know their properties and analyze their behavior to external requests that alter their state natural.en-US
dc.descriptionresistencia al corte en suelos y la importancia de los parámetros como la cohesión y ángulo de fricción interna en los modelos utilizados para el diseño de obras de ingeniería, en especial en el nivel de seguridad que se debe garantizar tanto en su construcción como durante su vida útil. En este estudio se exponen los trabajos realizados que permiten conocer las características, físicas, mecánicas de los suelos que se ubican en el distrito de El Tambo-Huancayo. Fue necesaria la búsqueda del mejor conocimiento y aprovechamiento de las condiciones geotécnicas para su solución es por ello la importancia de discernir entre los diferentes depósitos de distinta clase, identificar sus constituyentes, conocer sus propiedades y analizar su comportamiento frente a solicitaciones externas que alteran su estado natural.es-ES
