The objective of this study was to verify HPV vaccine coverage among female students registered in health curses at a university of the southwest of Goiás and the factors associated to vaccination. This is a cross-sectional study including female undergraduate health students aged 18 and over. A standardized and self-applicable questionnaire was used. Participants who had received two or more doses of the vaccine were considered immunized. The adjusted analysis was performed by multinomial logistic regression. Among 1,510 participants, 473 (31.7%) had two or more doses of HPV vaccine, 167 (11.3%) with one dose and 870 (56.9%) not vaccinated. There was an association between participants under 21 years old and those included in economy class A. The findings revealed an extensive possibility for interventions aimed at achieving greater vaccination coverage among university students.
