dc.description.abstractThis study seeks to answer: How to maximize the sales administration team, using their profiles to help in leveraging sales Ciber Equipment Road. To this end, was conducted an exploratory qualitative research with some professional of Ciber Equipment Road from area of Sales administration and Sales Management. Through semi-structured interview guide with open questions, the respondents were asked about the profile of each one, such as which profile to add the sales believed to leverage sales.
