Esta reforma comprende sobre todo un nuevo marco legal y una mejora en la calidad de la supervisión de las instituciones del sistema. El artículo examina el contexto económico en el que se inició el proceso, describe el contenido de la nueva regulación del sistema y presenta los resultados iniciales de las reformas. | |
