dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the importance of training and development in the area of Personnel Management, as the quest for excellence by developing and become common and indispensable factors for organizations. The changes emphasize the role of people as the main asset of the organization, which justifies the choice of this important issue within the context of healthcare organizations. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of institutional training "Security with the patient" to nursing inpatient units of a private hospital. This is a study of Nature Applied documentary. We collected data acquired through collecting data in documents Audit Assistance conducted in inpatient units before and after the application of training "with the Patient Safety." The results showed that the Audit Assistance training provided better quality of care provided to the client.
