Since vehicles became consumer goods, people and vehicles share spaces. If, on the one hand, the use of vehicles brings benefits such as agility, safety, and comfort, on the other hand, it is responsible for part of the stress on large urban centers. With the passing of generations and the evolution of computer systems, the amount of data collected and available in a mobility ecosystem is vast, however, few studies were identified that seek to understand the interactions of people, and other agents, in these ecosystems. Mobility ecosystem is the context where this study proposes the Surya model, a generic model aimed at understanding the interactions among its agents to offer them, based on context history, intelligent services. The Surya model was evaluated in a computational environment that simulates the morning complexity of a large urban center. Context histories are generated over 75 simulation cycles and support the provision of two intelligent services. In addition to the services, this study brings an update of the systemic mapping of service provision in vehicles, an ontology for the domain of knowledgment of services in mobility ecosystems, and the Surya model.
