dc.description.abstract | The present study aims at reflecting and analysing the formal organizational structure of an elementary education Jesuit institution. It approaches the formal and informal aspects of the organization from what is spoken and unspoken of, and their relation with the institutional behaviour of the school work. The general purpose was to analyze the stablished relations in the organizational structure of the investigated school, aproximating the formal and informal aspects of the institution, the school’s stablished functionalities in the pedagogial and administrative aspects, and revisiting the Ignatian pedagogy precets of the investigated institution. Therefore, three transition projects were selected, which were mapped and studied, and from their efficiency and efficacy in the school environment, the possibility of a new suggestion for the organizational structure emmerged as an intervention proposition. The study carried out a qualitative approach making use of online questionnaires and documental analysis as data collection tools. In order to organize and analyze the data collected, mind maps and cartography principles were used as management and systematization methods. The results indicate the necessity for flexibility in the organizational structure, assuring attention and centrality to the pegagogial intentionalities that are present in the projects and procedures that are brought to an end in the unspoken aspects of the organizational structure of an educational institution. | |
