dc.description.abstractIn this research, it was intended to discuss the problem of the construction of the subjectivity of workers in the organizations, taking as central axle what one says and what becomes. Although it has a paradigmatic change around the organizationals speeches, one perceives that still it has an abyss enters the speech of the order and the order of the speech, or either, deep dissonances between what is said and the organizationals practices. Considering here that the speeches are not exempt of the ideologies and values that passed through them, producing truth effects, became important to analyze the ways of subjectivation produced by these speeches, objectifying to understand as they act on the workers and which are its possible resonances. For this reason, it was heard experiences of six workers of privates companies of the city of Recife, about the sense they concerning to their works. These narratives, rich in content, had allowed to map the way as the workers deal with the organizationals speeches and the strategies that they use to adjust itself. The results had pointed with respect to the possibility of a proposal established in the psychosociology boarding as half to understand and to act in the form organizations to elaborate the relations between the individuals and groups for the confrontation of the organizationals problems
