Diseño de un sistema de control de inventarios para repuestos de maquinarias de la empresa calademar S.A.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS PARA REPUESTOS DE MAQUINARIAS DE LA EMPRESA CALADEMAR S.A. una empresa acuícola dedicada a la cria de camarones en cautiverio tiene como objetivo proponer un diseño para el control interno de los repuestos de maquinaria, dicho control contribuya a que la compañía obtenga una mejor rentabilidad y reducir el grado de ineficiencia en el proceso que incurra a gastos innecesarios como la compra de repuesto que en futuro no tengan rotación, se utilizado el enfoque cuantitativo el cual fueron de referencia para contestar las preguntas de la investigación y probar hipótesis planteadas dentro del estudio, las cuales permitió la medición de las variables identificando las causas de la problemática, lo cual denota si pertinencia en considerar la importancia de tener la actualización de la información del stock de los inventarios que le permita agilitar el proceso e identificar inexistencia de procesos claves dentro del control interno de inventarios como falta de formatos y tiempo suficiente para la organización respectiva, para lo cual es indispensable estructurar un Manual de procedimientos.

An aquaculture company dedicated to the breeding of shrimp in captivity aims to propose a design for the internal control of machinery spare parts, said control contributes to the company obtaining better profitability and reducing the degree of inefficiency in the process that it incurs. unnecessary expenses such as the purchase of spare parts that in the future do not have rotation, the quantitative approach was used, which was a reference to answer the research questions and test hypotheses raised within the study, which allowed the measurement of the variables identifying the causes of the problem, which denotes its relevance in considering the importance of having the information of the stock of the inventories updated that allows it to speed up the process and identify the non‐existence of key processes within the internal control of inventories such as lack of formats and sufficient time for the respective organization, for which it is essential structure a Manual of procedures.
