Efectos del cambio de régimen microempresa a rimpe en comerciantes de los mercados municipales de Guayaquil

Abstract

Los cambios en las normativas de los países generalmente se manifiestan por los cambios generados por sus gobernantes, el poder legislativo tiene la opción de cambiar varias normativas con la orientación de mejorar la economía de los países y brindar un porvenir de desarrollo para los mismos. Es por esto que se determina en el presente estudio el factor de afectación o no en un segmento de la población denominados mercados municipales, con referencia al cambio de la normativa denominada régimen microempresarios a Rimpe. El objetivo del estudio se realiza con base a analizar dichos efectos, de forma positiva o negativa, mediante herramientas de investigación como la encuesta obteniendo información cuantitativa, así mismo se aplicó una entrevista que reflejó información cualitativa, y con base a las mismas se redactó el análisis y conclusión correspondiente a la falta de conocimiento de información básica para este segmento de la sociedad. Finalmente se elabora una propuesta de servicios contables y tributarios, que favorezcan de una manera ágil las obligaciones que acogen los comerciantes de dicha población en estudio, ofreciendo los servicios de levantamiento de información y cumplimiento de deberes formales.

The changes in the regulations of the countries are generally manifested by the changes generated by their rulers, the legislative power has the option of changing several regulations with the orientation of improving the economy of the countries and providing a future of development for them. This is why the factor of affectation or not in a segment of the population called municipal markets is determined in the present study, with reference to the change in the regulations called the micro entrepreneur regime to Rimpe. The objective of the study is carried out based on analyzing these effects, positively or negatively, through research tools such as the survey obtaining quantitative information, likewise an interview was applied that reflected qualitative information, and based on them the analysis and conclusion corresponding to the lack of knowledge of basic information for this segment of society. Finally, a proposal for accounting and tax services is prepared, which favors in an agile way the obligations that the merchants of said population under study accept, offering the services of gathering information and fulfilling formal duties
