Factores asociados a complicacionespost operatorias por histerectomía en mujeres de 20 a 47 años

Abstract

La histerectomía es la cirugía ginecológica que consiste en la extirpación del útero y el cuello uterino, en ciertas ocasiones, abarca la extirpación de las trompas de Falopio y los ovarios también. Las vías de abordaje para la misma son abdominal, vaginal y como toda intervención quirúrgica no se encuentra exenta de presentar complicaciones post operatorias. OBJETIVO: Determinar los Factores asociados a complicaciones post operatorias de histerectomías en el Hospital Abel Gilbert Pontón. METODOLOGÍA: Universo de 200 pacientes y muestra de 150 pacientes, que serán analizadas y filtradas con Excel y los resultados serán graficados en tablas y tortas. RESULTADOS: Edad frecuente pacientes de 40 - 47 años (59%). Comorbilidad más frecuente es Hipertensión arterial (70%). Complicación más frecuente es Infección herida quirúrgica (53%). CONCLUSIONES: Asistir a consultas para llevar un correcto control y tratamiento de sus enfermedades crónicas, detallar mejor las historias clínicas y ser valoradas por un equipo multidisciplinario

Hysterectomy is the gynecological surgery that consists of the removal of the uterus and the cervix, in certain occasions, it includes the removal of the fallopian tubes and the ovaries as well. The approach routes for it are abdominal, vaginal and, like any surgical intervention, it is not exempt from presenting post-operative complications. OBJECTIVE: To determine the factors associated with postoperative complications of hysterectomies at the Abel Gilbert Pontón Hospital. METHODOLOGY: Universe of 200 patients and sample of 150 patients, which will be analyzed and filtered with Excel and the results will be graphed in tables and pie charts. RESULTS: Frequent patient age 40 - 47 years (59%). The most frequent comorbidity is arterial hypertension (70%). The most frequent complication is surgical wound infection (53%). CONCLUSIONS: Attend consultations to carry out a correct control and treatment of their chronic diseases, better detail the medical records and be evaluated by a multidisciplinary team
