| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo de investigación se abordó el tema de Medidas De Protección A Menores Y Su
Efectividad En Casos De Violencia Intrafamiliar, después de una investigación científica se
demostró que estas medidas son poco efectivas por el retardo de los operadores de justicia y el
desconocimiento que tienen los ciudadanos en cuanto a las medidas de protección, se llegó a la
conclusión que se debe reformar el código de la niñez y adolescencia para mejorar la aplicación de
este tipo de medidas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | After a scientific investigation it was demonstrated that these measures are not very effective due
to the delay of the justice operators and the lack of knowledge that the citizens have about the
protection measures. It was concluded that the code of childhood and adolescence should be
reformed to improve the application of this type of measures. | |
