Abstract

El arte culinario, es una estrategia que el docente utiliza para la enseñanza de los infantes, especialmente de la noción color y forma, no solo se realiza dentro del aula de clases, sino también en los hogares. Como objetivo principal de la investigación se determinó la incidencia del arte culinario como estrategia pedagógica para el desarrollo de la noción color y forma en niños de 3 y 4 años. Se emplearon métodos como bibliográfico, exploratorio y descriptivo, que facilitaron el proceso investigativo y proporcionaron información bibliográfica para el fortalecimiento teórico de la investigación. Los métodos inductivo-deductivo fueron decisivos para tomar decisiones. Con la entrevista y encuesta como técnicas de investigación se obtuvo que los docentes necesitan aplicar el arte culinario como estrategia pedagógica en la enseñanza-aprendizaje. Finalmente, el diseño de un guía para padres de familia fomentará nuevas actividades para que compartan con sus hijos de manera amena y divertida.

ABSTRACT The culinary art is a strategy that the teacher uses for the teaching of infants, and especially the notion of color and form, is not only done within the classroom, but also in homes. The main objective of the research was the incidence of culinary art as a pedagogical strategy for the development of the notion of color and form in children aged 3 and 4 years. Methods such as bibliographic, exploratory and descriptive were used, which facilitated the research process and provided bibliographic information for the theoretical strengthening of the research. Inductive-deductive methods were decisive in making decisions. With the interview and survey as research techniques, it was obtained that teachers need to apply culinary art as a pedagogical strategy in teaching-learning. Finally, the design of a guide for parents will encourage new activities for them to share with their children in an enjoyable and fun way.
