Análisis de la evolución del sector manufacturero del Ecuador y su incidencia en el cambio de la matriz productiva, período 2013-2019.

Abstract

Esta investigación se ha enfocado en la evolución del sector manufacturero ecuatoriano y si ha impulsado en la transformación de la matriz productiva, debido a que la economía del país tiene una participación significativa en el sector primario, pero el cambio de la matriz productiva se centra en convertir al país en un producto exportador de bienes y servicios de mayor valor agregado. El objetivo principal de la investigación fue analizar la evolución del sector manufacturero respecto al cambio de la matriz productiva desde el año 2013 hasta el 2019. Se planteó una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, con una investigación documental, un diseño no experimental de manera transversal y correlacional. Se evalúa la evolución del sector manufacturero y se determina la incidencia al cambio de la matriz productiva por la aplicación de un modelo econométrico, con el Modelo de Regresión Lineal por Mínimos Cuadrado Ordinarios.

This research has focused on the evolution of the Ecuadorian manufacturing sector and whether it has driven in the transformation of the productive matrix, due to the fact that the country's economy has a significant participation in the primary sector, but the change of the productive matrix is focused on turning the country into an exporter product of assets and services of higher added value. The main objective of the research was to analyze the evolution of the manufacturing sector with respect to the change in the productive matrix from 2013 to 2019. A methodology with a quantitative approach was proposed, with documentary research, a non-experimental design in a cross-sectional and correlational manner. The evolution of the manufacturing sector is evaluated and the incidence of the change in the productive matrix is determined by the application of an econometric model, with the Ordinary Least Squares Linear Regression Model.
