Diseño de parque lineal sostenible para el Cantón Caluma – Bolívar, 2022

Abstract

Desde el 2005 en el plan estratégico de desarrollo del cantón Caluma, se buscan fortalecer las actividades turísticas que generen un post – mejoramiento en el incremento de la producción artesanal, atractivos que generen visitas internacionales, nacionales y locales con integración al turismo rural como identidad de este. No obstante Caluma posee recursos naturales y culturales despriorizados y no bien planificados. El parque lineal sostenible actúa frente a la ausencia de; esparcimiento, espacios para comercio, recreación activa y pasiva, educación cultural, hito social y planificación de espacios verdes. Ubicado en las riberas del rio Caluma en la Av. Héroes del Cenepa y Roberto Solano zona céntrica, residencial al oeste y comercial al este con un tiempo de funcionalidad proyectado al 2050 proporciona una mejora a las necesidades del cantón e imagen urbana. Orientados con diseños sustentables e innovadores.

Héroes del Cenepa and Roberto Solano, a central area, residential to the west and commercial to the east, with a projected time of functionality for 2050, it provides an improvement to the needs of the canton and urban image.
